Adding Services and Articles to your Favorites

If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a service, you can add it to your favorites to quickly access it in the future.

If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a service, you can add it to your favorites to quickly access it in the future.

 

Instructions

How to Add an Article to Favorites

1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://tdx.nsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Home/  
2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
3. Access a Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page that you would like to favorite
4. On the right side of the page, click Add to Favorites

Accessing Favorites

Once you have added a service or article to your favorites, you can access your favorites to make any modifications:

1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://tdx.nsu.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Home/
2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
3. At the top of the page, click Services or Knowledge Base, depending on which Favorites you want to view
4. On the sub-menu that appears, click My Favorites
5. To open a favorite article or service, click its name
6. To remove an item from your favorites, click the Remove "Tab" to the right of the item
