Overview
This document covers how to add printers from the new Print Server (print.nsu.edu) and remove the old printer from your printer list.
Procedure
How-to add printers from the new Print Server (print.nsu.edu)
1. From your Windows computer, press the Start button -> type Run then press Enter. |
2. In the run window, type \\print.nsu.edu then press Enter.

3. You will see a list of all the printers (that don’t require the user to swipe their NSU ID) that are available. Double-click the name of the printer you want to install.

Note: Printers are named using the following naming convention
Bldg. Dept. Office # Mfg. Model # (ex. MCAR Training 409 HP LaserJet 5200)

4. The printer is now installed in your computer.

How-to remove old printer from your printer list
1. From your Windows computer, press the Start button -> type Printers -> select Printers & Scanners.

2. From the Printers & Scanners window, select the printer you want to delete and click Remove device.
