1. What is Workday?
Workday is the university's new system for managing HR, Finance, Payroll, and future Student operations. It centralizes processes like hiring, time entry, approvals, employee updates, and learning.
2. How do I log in to Workday?
Use your NSU credentials to sign in through the Workday link on the university's website. If you experience login issues, contact the IT Service Desk.
3. Where can I find help with Workday tasks?
You can find step-by-step guides, job aids, videos, and tutorials in the Workday Knowledge Base located in TDX under "Workday Guides, Tutorials, & FAQs."
4. Who do I contact if I need support?
If you cannot find your answer in the Knowledge Base, submit a Workday Support Ticket in TDX. Select the category that best matches your issue.
