Below are the steps to take to move your recordings to a different location.
- Click the link https://nsu-edu.zoom.us and sign into your NSU Zoom account
- On the left menu, click Recordings.
- To the right of every recording you want to move out of the cloud, click the More button and then choose Download.
- (If an audio file – m4a – and a video file – vtt – are available for your recording, they will be listed as separate files and must both be downloaded)
- Open your Downloads folder.
- Right click on the video you want to move.
- Mouse over Send to from the menu that opens.
- Then choose Documents.
- Your video has been saved to your Documents folder. From there you can:
- Leave it on your PC
- Move it to NSU OneDrive
- Move it to NSU Teams
- Move it to an external storage device
- You will receive a confirmation email when the video has been downloaded
To move your video(s) to OneDrive:
- Sign into your NSU OneDrive account either through your email, a Microsoft app or through OneDrive.com.
- Click the Upload tab at the top.
- Choose Files.
- Go to your Documents folder, then double left-click the specific video.
- The video will upload and you will receive a notification when it’s done.
To move your video(s) to Teams:
- Sign into your NSU Teams account either through your email, or online at teams.microsoft.com.
- Choose your Teams location (if you have more than one Team) and then choose Files.
- Drag and drop - Using your mouse, drag the file from where it's currently located and drop it on the Teams window among the files. Or:
- Click the Upload tab at the top.
- Choose Files.
- Go to your Documents folder, then double left-click the specific video.
- The video will upload and you will receive a notification.
