Why Would I Need This Service?

This service is to request access to the Hyland application or change current access. When requesting access please include the area in which you are requesting access. EX: Financial AID, Registrar, Enrollment, Undergrad, etc.  

Access Levels and User Roles Include:

[Department] Admin – The following privileges are the privileges this user is allowed to perform: Supervisors and Managers who need to modify, delete, retrieve/view, Re-index, Purge, move, copy, save rotation, import, remove documents from a folder, and add.

[Department] User – The following privileges are the privileges this user is allowed to perform: save rotation, import, remove documents from a folder, retrieve/view, Re-index, Purge, move, copy, and add.

[Department] Processor - The following privileges are the privileges this user is allowed to perform: Import, Add, Re-index, index, view/create/modify keywords, copy and move.

[Department] Read Only - The following privileges are the privileges this user is allowed to perform: A user will only be able to view documents.

[Department] Work-study- The following privileges are the privileges this user is allowed to perform: A user will only be able to Import, Create, and Index.

What Happens After I Submit The Request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received. If you have any other questions or concerns, please go to the Client Portal and sign in to check the status of your ticket(s) or contact Client Services at 757-823-8678 or via email at clientservices@nsu.edu with a phone number we can reach you concerning this ticket request.
