Access VMware Horizon through the Client Application (Windows)

1. Go to the VMware Horizon Client website to download the client.

2. Click "Go to Downloads".

3. Select “Download Now”.

4. Double-click the downloaded file.

5. Choose Agree & Install, wait for installation to complete, then choose Finish.

6. Restart the computer.

7. Open the VMware Horizon Client.

8. Click on Add Server.

9. Enter horizon.nsu.edu as the name of the Connection Server and choose Connect.

10. Check “Always allow horizon.nsu.edu to the open links of this type in the associated app”, then click “Open”.

11. Enter your NSU email address, then click “Next”.

12. Enter your password, then click “Sign in”.

13. Complete Duo Push authentication.

14. At the NSU disclaimer window, click “Accept”.

15. Double-click the Virtual desktop to connect.

16. At the NSU disclaimer window, click “OK”.

17. You’re now logged into your Virtual Desktop.
