NSU Office of Information Technology (OIT) Client Services members will not perform repairs or upgrades on Personally-owned PC, laptops, and Mobile Devices. Our assistance is limited to configuring the PC or mobile devices to the NSU wireless network. No program, virus software, or device can prevent all viruses, Trojans, bots, etc. as where the software corruption on your personal computer may be beyond our preview to correct.

In this case please refer to your manufacturer's technical support or another third party for additional repair or assistance.

If you are experiencing problems with your personal computer, laptop, and mobile device you should contact the retailer of the computer as soon as possible.

Enterprise Applications manages the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and server needs for the university. Currently Colleague by Ellucian, Inc. is the official ERP in use at NSU for both the student information system and the financial accounting system.

Request new telephone and mobile device services, changes to existing services, removal of existing services, or report an issue with existing services. Telecommunications Services at Norfolk State University offers Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and mobile services to faculty, staff, and departments. We are responsible for all campus phone services, extension and phone relocations, purchase and set-up of new extensions and phone equipment, the establishment of voice mailboxes, installation of phone jacks, and fax lines.

Use this service to request Admin access, firewall support, MOAT Security Awareness training, report a virus or malicious software, and general security questions.
