How to Install Additional Microsoft 365 Applications like Project and Visio

Applications such as Visio and Project are not bundled with the default Microsoft 365 installer and must be downloaded / installed separately. Local Administrator permissions will be required.

1. Login to Microsoft 365 at https://login.microsoftonline.com using the account that has been given access to the additional 365 applications

2. From your main Microsoft 365 home page, click the Install Office button and then select the Other Install Options as in the screenshot below

3. From the My Account screen,  select Apps and Devices from the column on the left of the screen.

4. The additional licensed Microsoft 365 applications will be available as installable downloads from this page. Please be advised that Local Administrator permissions will be required for any application installs apart from Microsoft Teams.
