Viewing your Tickets in the Client Portal

Overview

You can use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at 
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. You will be redirected to a log-in page. Use your NSU credentials to log into the Client Portal
  4. At the top of the page, click Services
  5. Underneath the green navigation bar is a gray navigation bar, click the Ticket Request link on the gray navigation bar

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
