If you use the same device to check your NSU email as you will use for Duo MFA, the easiest method to get setup the first time is to use your device.

  1. Open your enrollment email on your phone and click the enrollment link. It begins https://api-(some code).duosecurity.com.

  2. Follow the instructions in Safari

    • If Duo Mobile is not installed, it will work with you to install it.

    • There is no QR code to scan.

Note: If you receive a message after clicking the link that the link or activation code has expired. You are most likely already enrolled.
