Searching the Service Catalog

Overview

There are a number of ways to find content in the Service Catalog. The instructions below will help you navigate the IT services available to you.

Instructions

From the Front Page

The front page of the Client Portal lists Popular Services. Click these to immediately go to a specific service page.

You can also use the select Services located on the green navigation bar. This takes you directly to the Service Catalog.

Searching by Category

1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://tdx.nsu.edu/TDClient
2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
3. At the top of the page, click Services
4. Use the Popular Services or My Recently Viewed Services boxes on the right side of the page to view commonly viewed services.
5. Click on a Category to view services.

Searching Using the Search Bar or Globe Icon

1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://tdx.nsu.edu/TDClient
2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
3. In the top right corner, click on the globe icon to the left of the search bar
4. From the options, click Service Catalog
5. Or, enter your search terms in the search bar and hit Enter or click the magnifying glass
6. Scroll through the results to find the service you are interested in or use the search bar at the top of the page to search again
