Troubleshooting “Your email access has been blocked”

A message in you native mail app states “Your email access has been blocked” is caused by using a legacy authentication. Legacy authentications is no longer supported.

There are two options to resolve this:

1) Delete your account from the mail app. Then set it up again. If asked what type of account to add, use "Microsoft Exchange."

2) Download and configure the Outlook app from the App store or Google Play store.
