Why would I need this service?


Requesting new service or changes to existing desk phones?  To request a new phone, make changes to an existing phone, or need help with Mitel phone features, select the "Request Service" button to submit your service request.

How do I setup Voicemail on my Mitel Phone?

To set-up your voicemail, simply log into your voicemail by:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Press #.
    • Press the Voicemail button, and then press the Call VM soft key.
  2. At the audio prompt, enter your passcode, and then press #.

How do I reset my passcode?

To reset your passcode, submit an online Support Ticket to Client Services by selecting the "Request Service" button or contact Client Services at clientservices@nsu.edu
