Workday Support Request

Why would I need this service?


The Workday Support Form is used to request assistance or report Workday-related issues. Requests are routed to the appropriate Workday Support Team based on the category you select.

Support is organized by key Workday functional areas, including HCM Core, Academic Staffing, Learning, Leave & Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Login/Access. This routing structure ensures that each request is directed to the subject matter expert best equipped to provide accurate and timely assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the confidential nature of Talent & Performance information, questions related to this category should not be submitted through the Workday Support Form. Instead, please contact Lisa Little, Employee Relations Manager, directly at lmlittle@nsu.edu for assistance.

What happens after I submit the request?


You will receive an email confirmation once your Workday Support request has been submitted. The Workday Team will review your request and follow up with you promptly. If you have additional questions or need to check the status of your ticket, please visit the Client Portal and sign in using your NSU credentials.
