Maxient Access Requets

Why would I need this service?

This service is to request access to the Maxient application or change current access. Access Levels and User Roles include:

  • Level 5 - Reserved for University System Administrator
  • Level 4 - Below + create new IR layouts, manipulate IR routing rules, manage letter templates.  
  • Level 3 - Below + open a case, make case updates on the Update Case screen, review and add case notes, generate letters, post/delete announcements, view audit trail.
  • Level 2 - Same as Level One
  • Level 1 - Complete a CRF, Find cases, Find people, Run analytics for which they are given permission

What happens after I submit the request?


You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received. If you have any other questions or concerns, please go to the Client Portal and sign in to check the status of your ticket(s) or contact Client Services at 757-823-8678 or via email clientservices@nsu.edu with a phone number we can reach you concerning this ticket request.
