Why would I need this service?
Install, update, or un-install academic software and applications that are University licensed and OIT approved will be installed only on NSU computers and devices.

- Students - with NSU Loaner Laptops
What happens after I submit the request?
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received. If you have any other questions or concerns, please go to the Client Portal and sign in to check the status of your ticket(s) or contact Client Services at 757-823-8678 or via email clientservices@nsu.edu with a phone number we can reach you concerning this ticket request.
NOTE:
Personal Computers or Devices
NSU Office of Information Technology (OIT) Client Services members will not perform installations, un-installations, repairs, or upgrades on Personally-owned PC, laptops, and Mobile Devices. Our assistance is limited to configuring the PC or mobile devices to the NSU wireless network. No program, virus software, or device can prevent all viruses, Trojans, bots, etc. as where the software corruption on your personal computer may be beyond our preview to correct.
In this case please refer to your manufacturer's technical support or another third party for additional repair or assistance.
If you are experiencing problems with your personal computer, laptop, and mobile device you should contact the retailer of the computer as soon as possible.
