Why would I need this service?


Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rollout

The Office of Information Technology has approved Zoom Videoconferencing and Microsoft Teams for use by the campus community. Zoom Videoconferencing and Microsoft Teams are both powerful tools that combine real-time chat, content sharing, and video.  Zoom Video conferencing allows you to engage in multi-person video and/or audio meetings. Microsoft Teams is your hub for teamwork, it allows one to host meetings and video conferencing, calling content collaboration with the power of Microsoft 365 applications, and much more. 

 All NSU faculty, staff, and students are eligible for Zoom Videoconferencing and Microsoft Teams accounts. If you have an existing NSU email address/account, you can access Zoom Videoconferencing and Microsoft Team by following the steps in the enclosed attachment.

What happens after I submit the request?


You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received.
