The Office of Information Technology offers short-term Zoom webinar licenses for special events. Zoom is the leader in modern enterprise video communications, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, chat and webinars across mobile, desktop, and room systems.
You can reserve a webinar license that has the capacity for 500, 1000, and/or 3,000 attendees through the 25Live portal. To reserve a webinar license, please click the "Zoom Webinar Reservation Request" tab.
You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received.
