Why would I need this service?


Report having issues with software or configuration issues.

NOTE:

NSU Office of Information Technology (OIT) Client Services members will perform the installation or upgrades of the approved 3rd party software on the NSU PC, laptops, and Mobile Devices. Our assistance is limited to configuring the NSU PC or laptops where the software corruption on the computer may be beyond our preview to correct. In this case please refer to the software manufacturer's technical support or another third party for additional repair or assistance with the 3rd party software.

If you are experiencing problems with the NSU computer, laptop, and mobile device caused by the 3rd party software, OIT will assist with the uninstall or if beyond repair will re-image the NSU PC back to NSU standard load.

What happens after I submit the request?


You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. OIT will follow up with you once your request has been received.
