New Project Intake Service

Why would I need this service?


In order to maximize the use of available IT resources, ensure that a project is in alignment with NSU's Strategic Goals, and identify budgetary spending, if necessary, all project requests will follow the Project Intake Process. To complete the Intake Process follow the instructions below.

► Project requests can be submitted by completing the Project Intake Form on the left of this page.
► Within one week of the completion of this form, a representative from the PMO will be in touch to schedule a follow-up meeting.
► Upon completion of the collection of data, a preliminary classification of the project will be assigned.

What happens after I submit the request?


You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. Someone from the Project Management Office will follow up with you once your request has been received. If you have any other questions or concerns, please go to the Client Portal and sign in to check the status of your ticket(s) or contact Client Services at 757-823-8678 or via email clientservices@nsu.edu with a phone number we can reach you concerning this ticket request.
