Changing MyNSU/Network password

I forgot or need my password reset

(Microsoft 365) Security Self-Service Password Reset

• Enroll in Self-Service Password Reset
• Self-Service Password Reset Tool

To use the Self-Service Password Reset Tool you must already have created a Security info.

If not please email clientservice@nsu.edu or call Client Services at (757) 823- 8678.

I forgot my password​

• Use the Self-Service Password Reset Tool
• Enter your NSU email.
• Select I forgot my password or I know my password, but still cannot sign in
• Follow the verification step to access your account
• Then go back to MyNSU

Enrol in Self-Service Password Reset

• Sign-in to the Microsoft Office 365 Enroll in Self-Service Password Reset
• Click Add Sign-in Method
• Choose a method and click Add

II. (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) from Any NSU Windows Machine (if you know your CURRENT NSU password)

• While logged into any Windows workstation on the NSU Campus --> Press (Ctrl + Alt + Delete) on your keyboard
• Select the option to Change a Password
   

III. If you cannot remember your current password or are unable to complete the processes above
