Note: NSU uses multiple versions of the performance review process, including separate review types for faculty and staff. The sections displayed in Workday may vary depending on the type of performance review assigned to the employee. Based on the review type, users may see different sections to complete, such as goals, competencies, job responsibilities, manager comments, employee comments, overall ratings, or other review-specific sections. Employees should complete all sections of their assigned performance review.
Step 8: Finally, review the evaluation and then select Submit. The evaluation routes back to your manager for review.
